UPDATE #3 01/31/10
We need a very big showing of support at the zoning board meeting on February 23, 2010 at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at Colonial Courthouse in Court Circle. The address is: 6504 Main Street, Gloucster VA 23061. This show of support is the single most important way we are going to be able to stay open. The meeting will take about an hour. Please bring your family. If you want to say a few words at the meeting please feel free, every little bit helps. I KNOW that this meeting is HUGE for the future of the Roberts Track and Trails and will be the beginning of the end if we do not get a great showing of support. The zoning board is there for the people. Thank yall for your help!!!

UPDATE #1 11/25/09
We have signed a contract with Bay Design Group to prepare a preliminary site plan for submittal to the Board of Zoning Appeals. This should take place in January. If approved we will create a detailed site plan which could take up to a year. We are hoping they will let us reopen when the preliminary plan is approved & before the detailed plan is done. We will know something in January.
